At the on-going annual Shiloh event of the Living Faith Church Worldwide holding at Canaanland, Otta, presiding Bishop of the church Dr. David Oyedepo today, Friday, December 12, 2014 cursed the terrorist organisation commonly known as Boko Haram.

This declaration came during a teaching titled, Heralding the Era of Heaven on Earth. The session which was broadcast live to over 300 church centres around the world including Johanessburg, London, New York, Maryland, USA, Houston, Texas, Kinshasha, Nairobi, and even more in Nigeria including Maiduguri and Damaturu.

Oyedepo led a prayer session again the murderous terrorist group, Boko Haram which has killed over 3,000 people and displaced hundreds of thousands from their homes in the North Eastern states of Nigeria since it began its rampage in 2009. The Bishop had specific words for the sponsors of terrorism in Nigeria too.

“Boko Haram is cursed. Ansaru is cursed.

“Any political undertone to Boko Haram is cursed from its roots. Nigeria is delivered from the hands of terrorism. All the Islamic fundamentalist sponsoring Boko Haram, the curse of the LORD overtakes you,” Oyedepo declared.

“I declare the source of your resources dried up in Jesus’ name. From today, I declare Boko Haram must face themselves in battle. I curse everyone in politics involved in Boko Haram. I curse everyone in the military involved with Boko Haram.

“I declare the blood of all the people they have slain on their heads and the heads of their children and their childrens’ children. I curse their sympatisers too.

“I declare peace to Nigeria. Watch out and see, 2014 marks the end of Boko Haram in Nigeria. Their defences have begun to crumble,” Oyedepo declared to a resounding amen from the congregation which sat in the world’s biggest church auditorium, Faith Tabernacle.

Founder of Covenant University and Landmark University, also mocked the assertion that Boko Haram is caused by economic disparity between Northern Nigeria and Southern Nigeria. “Economic disparity is caused by productivity,” he said. “It is not caused by government. Each man is given to the extend to which he applies his talents and time.”

“Can you be employed as an engineer when you did not go to school?” he asked rhetorically. “Now the people get up and say they don’t even want any school? Is that not laying the foundation for greater disparity in the future?”

Shiloh 2014 runs from December 9 to December 13, 2014. The theme is, Heaven on Earth. The service is streamed online at www.davidoyedepoministries.org.
