6 Natural Home Remedies For Hair loss

  1. Aloe Vera Extracts 
    Aloe vera is considered as a “wonder plant” by many people, especially those living in tropical countries, as a remedy for hair loss. Depending on the degree, aloe vera can be used as a shampoo using fresh pulp which is directly applied to the hair and scalp, as hair tonic along with other herbs, and oral aloe vera juice for the body to absorb the ingredient faster.
  2. Coconut Milk 
    Applying coconut milk in the scalp is also beneficial in treating hair loss. Massage hair root with coconut milk, and rinse with water after several time.
  3. Mixture of Cinnamon and Honey
    Many people say that one of the effective home remedies for hair loss is a mixture ofcinnamon powder and honey with olive oil because they contains ingredients that make the hair in the scalp stronger hair. 

    A paste made out of them can be applied directly to from hair’s roots down to the scalp. For better result, applied it before take bath and keep it for approximately 15 minutes. After that you can wash it off with warm water.

  4. Extracts of Ginger 
    Chop a piece of ginger and directly applied to the area of the scalp that has bald spots, can be an effective home remedies for hair loss because it can keep your hair follicles stimulated and reduce the amount of hair loss. 

    Since it can be smelly, you can also use its extract that is mix with fine lead powder to get optimal results.

  5. Hot Oil Treatments 
    This is an easy and effective treatment for hair loss. You could opt to give your hair a hot oil treatment once a week, twice a week or three a week for the best result. You can do this at home with the use of a shower cap. Leave the oil overnight and wash it next morning, this allow deeper penetration of hair oil. 

    For a hot oil treatment the choice of a good oil is important. Most natural oils like almond, coconut, olive or herbal hair oils work well.

  6. Scalp Massage
    A properly done scalp massage can help stop excessive hair fall because it can increase blood circulation to the hair follicles. Beside that, it is also good for hair growth by putting the right amount of pressure on the scalp. 

    You can do it your self or ask somebody to massage your scalp at home. If you don’t have enough energy to do manual massage on your own scalp, you can opt for electric hair massage which available in most hair treatment stores.
