Super Eagles stand-in captain, Ahmed Musa was on the score-sheet as his team, CSKA Moscow beat PSV Eindhoven 3-2 in a match day two UEFA Champions League match.
Musa put CSKA Moscow ahead in the 8th minute of the game when Zoran Tosic’s corner from the right flank landed at his feet and he reacted quickly.
Ivorian striker, Seydou Doumbia doubled the lead for the Russian side in the 21st minute before completing his brace from the penalty spot in the 36th minute.
A rejuvenated PSV side fought back in the second half and almost leveled scores. A brace from Maxime Lestienne made the scores more respectable; both goals coming in the 60th and 68th minutes respectively.
