APC Primary Election Venue Destroyed By Heavy Rainfall In Ekiti (PHOTOS)

There was a heavy rainfall with thundering and lightening in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State Capital on Saturday, May 5, 2018.

The rain scattered all the tents (canopies) installed at the venue of the All Progressive Congress, APC, gubernatorial primary election in Ekiti State.

As shared by, Lere Olayinka, the special adviser to the Ekiti State governor on public communication and new media on his Facebook page, a heavy down pour at Ado Ekiti today destroyed the canopy of the All progressive congress Primaries election.

Report says people scampered for safety in what looks like a torrential downpour with noisy storm.

Many people run for their lives as such rain was very unusual according to an eyewitness account.

The place has been deserted as at the time of filing this report.
