The appointment of a new Coordinator for the Amnesty Programme is expected to lead to the speedy resolution of recent hitches in its implementation such as the non-payment of outstanding allowances to ex-militants, according to Adesina.

Boroh was on September 24, 2010, moved from Army Headquarters (AHQ) Department of Administration to Jaji as the new Commandant, Nigerian Army Peace Keeping Centre, his last assignment before he was retired from the Nigerian Army.
