Buhari’s Sudden Vacation Is Suspicious – Fayose Raises Alarm

Must read

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State has said that the sudden vacation taken by President Muhammadu Buhari while on official trip abroad is suspicious.

“Nigerians deserve to know the truth about their President because the President is an open book that every Nigerian should be free to read,” the fiery opposition said.

Fayose, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governor said it was “suspicious” that a president, who told Nigerians that he was embarking on official visit to France and Britain, last Tuesday, would suddenly commence a five-day vacation while still in the United  Kingdom.

During the 2015 elections, Fayose ran adverts in the newspaper which said that Buhari was sick and would probably die in office if elected. The APC slammed the adverts calling it, “hate speech”.

Fayose also accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) led federal government of orchestrating a plot to use the Supreme Court to overturn his electoral victory. He also said that he was not afraid of them and will not be silenced into not saying the truth about the issues of the country.
