According to the Daily Star, premier league defending champions Chelsea are keen to sign Leicester City and Algerian winger, Riyad Mahrez.
The report claims that the Blues are preparing a £20million transfer bid which has been sanctioned by club owner Roman Abramovich for the 24-year-old. Abramovich is said to be a big fan of the Algerian and will be hoping to sign him as a replacement for Eden Hazard.
Hazard is expected to leave Chelsea in the summer in what may be a big money move.
