The former President of the United States of America, George W. Bush showed up at the Dallas’ Children’s Medical Center Saturday, December 20, 2014 to spread a little Christmas cheer with the young patients, dressing up as Santa Claus, and just as he does in his many activities this December, visiting wounded veterans.
Bush’s choice of costume has lit the social media lit Christmas tree as the image of the former president turned Santa was posted on twitter by one of his supposed ‘elves’, who happens to be one of the Secret Service Agent.
