2 Dead As Fulani Herdsmen Attack Kaduna Community, Again

Golkofa community in Jema’a Local Government Area of Kaduna State suffered another attack by the Fulani herdsmen militia barely two weeks after was attacked by the same terrorists.

The head of the area confirmed the attack to a local online newspaper, Elanza News on Thursday, September 8, 2016 via telephone, saying: “Two people had been killed in their houses today at about 2:24pm.”

The head of the community whose name has been withheld had earlier complained about the poor state of security within the area, requesting security operatives from the commandant for two weeks without any response.

”We are surviving by the grace of God in this community. It has shown that the government cannot secured our properties and lives.

“The security personnel knows the hideout of this criminals, but they authoritatively told us they are not directed to go into the bush,” the village head said.

It was gathered that two people had been killed during the attack.
