Veteran actor Ian McKellen took to Facebook on Sunday to reflect on Hoffman:
McKellen posted the comments the same day news of Hoffman’s death made headlines. The actor was found dead in his Manhattan apartment on Sunday (Feb. 2) with a needle in his arm and plastic bags, thought to contain heroin, nearby.
