Spirit And Life Devotional: Inspired By Prophecy

Must read

[pull_quote_center]”So Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel and Jeshua the son of Jozadak rose up and began to build the house of God which is in Jerusalem; and the prophets of God were with them, helping them.” Ezra 5:2 NKJV[/pull_quote_center]

The Bible says that the prophet Haggai and Zechariah, prophesied to the Jews in the name of the God of Israel, who was over them. So Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel and Jeshua the son of Jozadak rose up and began to build the house of God which is in Jerusalem; and the prophets of God were with them, helping them.

In other words, it was the prophecy of the prophets that inspired the men to build; without prophecy they may not have risen up to build. That’s how important and powerful prophecy is; yet a lot of people don’t seem to understand how it affects their lives and even destinies.

You’ve got to endeavour, as much as you can, to always be where you can receive a word from God. You see, the prophecy doesn’t have to be about you, in other words, your name doesn’t have to be called before the prophecy is beneficial to you; God’s word will always produce results under any circumstances when believed and acted upon. And that’s why it’s important for you to always use these devotionals; they will always inspire you both to do and to accomplish great things for God and yourself. Amen.
