Manchester United have lodged a second bid for Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos. The offer is reported to be around £42.5million, according to reports in the Spanish media.
It would recalled that Manchester united had an initial bid of £32M turned down by Real Madrid as the Spanish club stated that Manchester united did not meet their evaluation of the player.
Real Madrid, last week slammed a £50M price tag on the player.
Ramos has emerged as one of the top targets for Louis van Gaal this summer as he aims to reshape his squad for a shot at the Premier League title.
