Manchester United striker, Anthony Martial has won the Barclays Player of the Month award for September. The French teenager scored three goals in his first two matches for the club after joining in on transfer deadline day in an initial £36million deal.
This is the first time a United player is winning the award since Robin van Persie won it in April 2013.

Meanwhile, Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino won the Barclays manager of the Month award for September after leading his side to victories in all their three Premier League matches against Sunderland, Crystal Palace and Manchester City. Tottenham is currently eighth in the English premier league table.
