Nigerian music sensation, David Adeleke who is known to music lover as Davido is just 22 and he is making sure no one pressurizes him into early marriage.
The award-winning artiste in a recent chat with Punch Newspaper revealed he is not considering marriage yet despite welcoming a baby girl with Sophie Momodu in May 2015. When asked if he was to marry anytime soon, he responded:
“Not at all; I am not considering getting married now.”
When the reporter probed further on the possibility of him marrying his baby mama, his answer was still the same:
“I am not planning on getting married now.”
The singer also revealed that his usual showing off of an ostentatious lifestyle on social media is just part of show business.
“It is not about me. The display is about what we do and the business we are into. It is called showbiz and it comes with the territory,” he explained.
