Outgoing minister of health, Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu has handed over to the minister of health for state, Dr Khaliru Alhassa on Monday, October 20, 2014 at the Federal Ministry Health office in Abuja.
Prof. Chukwu resigned from office on Wednesday October 15, to pursue his political ambition as governor of Ebonyi state.
