Police have identified the pranksters who poured feces, urine, spit and cigarette ash on a 15-year old autistic teenager in a twisted version of the ice bucket challenge.
Bay village, Ohio police chief Mark Spaetzel said authorities would not be releasing names or potential charges as investigations were not yet concluded.
“We are conducting a comprehensive investigation,” Spaetzel told CNN Tuesday, September 9, 2014.

The video shows the 15-year old in only his underpants as someone throws a brownish substance on him from the rooftop.
His mother said the boy was so embarrassed he didn’t want anybody to know.
“He was embarrassed because he did not know what the contents were until afterwards, and then he didn’t want anybody to know,” the mother siad.”They used his phone to tape it, and they put it up on Instagram.”
Police say it has been cross examining witnesses to ascertain the culprits.
“Preliminary information suggests this occurred prior to the start of the school year at a home in Bay Village,” the department said.
“We understand the collective community anger. It is the hope of our community that this anger will be channeled into a positive action and supporting organizations such as Autism Speaks.”
