Rebranding: General Buhari To Drop Military Title As He Releases Official Portrait Photos [LOOK]

Nigeria’s President-elect General Muhammadu Buhari, through his media team on Sunday, May 17, 2015 announced that he would be dropping the title “General” from his name after he assumes office on Friday, May 29, 2015.

According to the release, the former military Head of State says he is to be addressed as Muhammadu Buhari, President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria while his the Vice President-elect is to be known as Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The team also released official portraits to be used when General Buhari begins his administration.
