Fabio Coentrao has joined Monaco on a one-year loan deal. The 27-year-old Portuguese leaves Real Madrid for the French club where he is expected to replace outgoing left-back, Layvin Kurzawa.
Monaco’s president, Vadim Vasilyev has spoken about the arrival of the Portuguese international:
“Coentrao arrives tonight in the form of a loan deal.
“Kurzawa wanted to go to PSG and we have been paid a very large amount. But we have found an alternative.”
