The House of Representatives on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 asked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to allow the use of the Temporary Voter Card (TVC) issued in 2011 to be used for the February 2015 polls.
The House, which resumed plenary. reasoned that the on-going distribution of Permanent Voter Card (PVC) was slow and would not get to eligible voters before the kick off of the general election on Saturday, February 14, 2015.
