#SoundOff: The Insanity Of Buhari’s USA Visit Of Diminishing Returns

So, Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari is on his third visit to the United States of America since becoming president on May 29, 2016.

JULY 2015: Following President Buhari’s US visit in July 2015 (Last Year) it was reported that “Buhari says U.S. will help trace Nigeria’s stolen oil fortune; corrupt officials looted $150 billion”…Mail&Guardian Africa, July 22, 2015

April 1, 2016: During the current US visit, “…Buhari sought and received Kerry’s assurance that the United States government would facilitate the repatriation of all stolen Nigerian funds located within the American banking system” …ThisDay April 1, 2016

Insanity is defined as doing the same things again and again and expecting a different result.

Let us hope that our president’s photo with Secretary of State John Kerry is not a demotion, but a warm up to one-on-one with President Barack Obama, for more substantive outcomes.
