Two angels appeared to the apostles the day Jesus ascended into Heaven; they said to them, “Men of God of Galilee, why are you standing here staring into heaven? Jesus has been taken from you into heaven in the same way you saw him go!” Acts 1:11
We are still awaiting the return of Christ; He is yet to return: we must not be deceived by anyone that He has. The angels specifically stated the manner in which He would return: they said it would be the same way He ascended.
Jesus Himself talked about His return: Matthew 24:30-31 says, “And then at last, the sign that the Son of Man is coming will appear in the heavens, and there will be deep mourning among the peoples of the earth. And they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with the mighty blast of a trumpet, and they will gather his chosen ones from all over the world – from the farthest ends of the earth and heaven.”
We must never forget that Jesus is coming again; it’s something that we should look forward to with great joy! Before He left, He said that He was going to prepare a place for us; nothing in this world compares to what awaits us in the life after this. We must live every day ready for His return, and we must continue to announce it to the world that Jesus will return soon, and that this world will come to an end.

Prophetic Declaration
I am eagerly awaiting the second coming of Christ. The signs of His return are being fulfilled, and I know that He will return very soon: I will always be ready!
