So much has been said and written about leadership; it is so important. There will be no significant progress and achievement without good leadership.
Leadership provides direction. Leadership is responsible for organization of men and resources. Leadership provides inspiration for the followers. And leadership is responsible for initiating action, among other things. Leadership failure will ultimately result in the failure of the whole.
God is in the business of raising great leaders. People of God must make themselves available for leadership positions in every area of life, and we must acquire the necessary skills for effective leadership. As we pray, we must not only get involved in electing and appointing leaders, we must be willing to lead. Without leadership there’ll be no maximum impact.
