Spirit And Life Devotional: The Opposite Will Occur

Esther 9:1 NKJV “Now in the twelfth month, that is, the month of Adar, on the thirteenth day, the time came for the king’s command and his decree to be executed. On the day that the enemies of the Jews had hoped to overpower them, the opposite occurred, in that the Jews themselves overpowered those who hated them.”

A day was set when people of all nations were to destroy the Jews, but on that same day, the exact opposite happened, the Jews destroyed all those who had planned to destroy them! We serve a mighty God!

Have you ever been threatened? Have people planned to use their power, position or office against you? Is there a judgement against you right now? Is there something you’ve asked the Lord not to come to pass? Do you have haters plotting against you? This message is for you!

When Ahithophel gave advice against David he was the one that ended up dead; and on the gallows that Haman prepared for Mordecai was he himself hanged! And when Herod the enemy of the church stretched forth his hand to destroy the church, God destroyed him so that his body was eaten by worms! Hear the word of the Lord today, good shall happen to you where evil was planned for you! Those planning to frustrate you are hereby frustrated! In that same place where they have agreed to demote you and stagnate you, God will promote and glorify you! Those who want to disgrace you are hereby disgraced! The hope of you enemies becomes their portion now, in Jesus name! Say Amen!
