Stephanie Otobo, the Canadian-based singer, who claimed she had extra-marital affairs with Apostle Johnson Suleman has confessed, saying She was “paid” and “used against” the man of God.

She revealed this on Friday, January 26, 2018 on a Church programe themed ‘Fire & Miracle Night’ at Apostle Suleman’s Omega Fire Ministries’ International Worship Centre Auchi, Edo State.

Ms. Otobo apologised to Apostle Johnson Suleman, his family, church and the body of Christ for the shameless show of deceit and lies.

She said Pastor Suleman’s crime was that he intervened in the numerous heinous crimes against the church of Christ around the nation and became a voice for the gospel.

Stephanie revealed she was paid heavily by some politicians to tarnish the image of the pastor in her desperate bid to become a popular singer.

She appealed to the pastor and his wife, Dr. Lizzy Suleman, to forgive her, which they did.

Mrs. Suleman later prayed for her.

”I came to Nigeria with a strong passion for my career and fell into the wrong hands of some powerful politicians and pastors who manipulated me in a wrong way to fault the man of God,” Ms. Otobo said.

“They made me tell lies against him, because of my desperation for my career and I succumbed to it.

“At the time I didn’t know what was going on. I just wanted to help myself. They paid me a lot of money.

“I want to apologise to the body of Christ; Apostle Suleman and his wife. I was used and paid against Apostle Suleman.
