Students of the University of Lagos were sent into a state of pandemonium as a student, simply identified as Sapara was shot in the head.
The shooting, which happened on Monday, July 7, 2014 was said to have happened in front of King Jaja Hall.
According to reports, Sapara who is a final year student of Philosophy was taken to Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi Araba and was responding to treatment after he was shot by unknown gunmen.
Sapara is said to now be in stable condition.
