Adegboyega Adeneka, a 47 year old supervisor with Chrisland Schools, has been brought before a Lagos high court for allegations of defiling a two-year old pupil (name withheld) under his care.
Adeneka was arraigned before Justice Sybil Nwaka of a Lagos High Court sitting at Ikeja.
The prosecution team led by Titilayo Shitta-Bey said the defendant committed the offence sometime in November 2016 at Chrisland Schools, Victoria Garden City, VGC, Lagos.
“The defendant defiled the complainant by having unlawful sexual intercourse with her.
Adeneka, though he pleaded not guilty to the charge, applied for bail through his lawyer, Olatunde Adejuyigbe, which was granted by the presiding judge who then adjourned the case to February 6, 2018.
