The crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) seems to be far from over as the Lagos State chapter of the party has sacked its Chariman, Tunji Shelle.

According to a chieftain of the party who spoke to The Trent on the condition of anonymity said the Shelle was ousted by the state Executive Committee (EXCO) after a disciplinary committee was set up to investigate allegations of misconduct leveled against him.

The source further revealed Shelle has been provisionally replaced with Owolabi Olounje (pictured below) who is to serve as acting chairman.
