Beyoncé shut down the 2014 Video Music Awards Sunday night — no literally, she was the last act of the night — but regardless she was flawless (like we’d expect anything else).
She went through a catalog of songs from her “Yonce” album, including “Blow,” “Drunk in Love,” “XO,” and “Blue,” in front of rolling footage of her daughter Blue Ivy playing.
Blue Ivy undoubtedly stole the spotlight from her mom, dancing while seated in the audience with her dad, Jay Z. Later, Jay Z and Blue appeared on stage to present Beyoncé with the Video Vanguard Award.
Blue, in what may be the best moment of our lives, clapped and said “Yeah, mommy!”
And then Beyoncé and Jay Z kissed on stage, and we were all like:
WHAT DIVORCE RUMORS?!
