The video above captures a Mobile Policeman brutalizing two women to the point of pointing his gun at them.
The policeman identified as Tafa Mohammed, with Mopol 20 in Lagos, was allegedly aggrieved with a food seller for not giving him fish to finish up his beer in a local restaurant in Obalende, Lagos Island.
The food seller was said to have declined to selling fish alone except to those buying food with it, a policy that angered Mohammed, who descended on a female customer who was buying food at the time.
He beat her up and dipped her in muddy water and pointed his gun at her, he also shot a bullet into the air.
