Woman Spends 1 Month In Jail After Police Mistakes Cookies For Drugs (PICTURED)

A  Florida woman who has been in police custody for over a month on drug related charges has been released after police discovered that what was thought to be crystal meth was actually spaghettiO, Metro UK reports.

23-year old Ashley Gabrielle Huff was apprehended in July 2014 when an officer discovered a spoon in her possession and mistook the remnant of he meal for methamphetamine

Although she always reiterated her innocence, Huff skipped a few court hearings, prompting her month-long incarceration.

Laboratory test later revealed that the spoon had no traces meth and Huff was released.
