A 15-year-old Indian girl who was allegedly raped and set on fire in a village near Delhi, died in hospital on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 after suffering 95 percent burns.
The deceased was taken to Safdarjung Hospital, in India for proper treatment but unfortunately, she did not live to tell the story.
A senior police official, Rakesh Yadav, said that investigation had commenced, according to reports.
Yadav said a 20-year-old man allegedly entered the girl’s house on Monday, March 7, 2016 and assaulted her.
The parents of the deceased girl told the police that the suspect had been stalking their for months before he finally had his way.
Meanwhile, the police had arrested the suspect who is facing charges bothering on rape and murder.
