Imagine the horror of a man who woke up from an operation to see himself wearing a pair of woman’s pink panties. (that he definitely did not have on when he was put to sleep).
It turned out to be a prank on the patient carried out by some orderlies who also worked at the Delaware Surgery Center in Delaware were the operation took place.
Metro reports that after coming round from the anaesthetic, Andrew Walls realised that during the operation his nether regions had been jazzed up a bit.
He failed to see the funny side however, especially when it cost him his job.
Claiming that the stunt was done by his colleagues to embarrass and harass him while he was having a colonoscopy, the 32-year-old is now filing a civil lawsuit against his former employer over the prank that happened in 2012.
The lawsuit claims that the staff ‘failed to maintain proper policies and procedures for the care of patients with respect to not engaging in extreme and outrageous conduct’.
No details were given on how the incident led to Walls losing his job or what brand the offending undergarments were.
