Arsenal Football Club on Sunday afternoon defeated Crystal Palace 2-1 at Selhurst Park. The away team having lost their first game of the 2015/2016 EPL season came into the game hoping to make a huge statement.
Arsenal’s first goal came in the 16th minute through a wonder goal by French man, Olivier Giroud. Before halftime, Crystal Palace leveled the scores through a Joel Ward goal.
The Gunners restored their lead after the break through a Damian Delaney own goal. Despite late efforts from the hosts, the visitors managed to runaway with a victory.
