English premier league champions, Chelsea has announced the completion of the signing of Ghanaian 21-year-old defender, Abdul Baba Rahman from FC Ausburg.
Speaking after he completed his signing, the Ghanaian who was a part of his country’s nation cup silver-winning setup at the 2015 nations cup had this to say:
‘I am very happy to sign for Chelsea, one of the biggest clubs in the world, and I can’t wait to train with my new team-mates and very much looking forward to working with them and Mr. Mourinho.
‘I am also looking forward to having the opportunity to meet the fans as soon as possible.’
Baba Rahman can also play in the midfield or on the wings.
Chelsea are reported to have spent £21.7 million.
