Bayern Munich Lines Up Ancelotti As Guardiola’s Replacement

Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich appear to be running out of patience with their current boss, Pep Guardiola over his reluctance to sign a new contract.

The Spaniard’s current contract with the German club runs out at the end of the season. So far, the 44-year-old’s body language suggests he may not renew his contract with the club. He is touted to take over from Manuel Pellegrini at Manchester City next season.

Reports now have it that Bayern has contacted former Real Madrid boss, Carlo Ancelotti  about the possibilities of him taking over at Allianz Arena. The Italian is currently out of job and is also attracting interest from French side, Paris Saint Germain.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich has handed Guardiola a New Year deadline to sign a new contract with the club.
