An account on popular social media platform, Twitter, affiliated with Islamist sect, Boko Haram on Sunday, January 25, 2015 posted two photos which shows children in their military training camps, armed with different kinds of guns.
The account, handled by the organisation, al-Urwa al-Wuthaqa,posted the pictures of the kids garbed in dark clothes with their heads covered by scarves.

The tweets came with an Arabic inscription, which if translated means: “Photo of Cubs nation.. Generation of conquest and victory.”
The Long War Journal comments that both male and female childern were shown in the photos carrying AK-47 assault rifles, while others are seen carrying cut outs of weapons.
