The Nigeria Police Force on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 sealed the national secretariat of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Abuja over recent disagreements within the party.
The Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, gave the order to seal off the party’s secretariat to prevent a breakdown in law and order.
Members of the APC National Working Committee, NWC, were denied access to the party house while members of staff and journalists were allowed to walk in on foot.
The party’s leadership remains divided after the court authenticated the suspension of the National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.
