BREAKING NEWS: Ondo Deputy Governor (Finally) Impeached

The Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Alhaji Ali Olanusi was on Monday, April 27, 2015 impeached by members of the State House of Assembly.

The motion for Olanusi’s impeachment was moved by the majority leader of the house, Ifedayo Akinsoyinu from Ondo West 11 and seconded by Olatunji Dauro from Owo 11‎.

In addition, 22 out of 26 legislators supported the move before it was finally implemented.

Meanwhile, a directive has been issued to Olanusi to leave the government lodge and return all government property in his possession to the permanent secretary.
