The issue of the academic qualification of All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari does not seem to be going away soon as recent revelation show that he obtained a Diploma from the US Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and not the Masters touted by officials from the Buhari camp.
Naij reports that the above was revealed following a series of email exchanges between one Sunday Iwalaiye and Carroll Kerr of the US Army War College, withe the latter revealing that Buhari graduated from the college in 1980.
The emails were exchanged between the pair on Thursday, January 8, 2015, with Kerr revealing that Masters degrees were not issued by the institution until year 2000.
