BREAKING: Car Explosion Kills All 9 Passengers At Military Checkpoint In Borno

Nine people have been confirmed killed in an explosion in the morning of Tuesday, November 1, 2016 along Gubio Road in Borno State.

The explosion, believes to be bombing, occurred just before a military checkpoint.

Victor Isuku, the spokesperson for the Borno Police Command, confirmed the incident to Channels TV.

“According to preliminary report, a pick up van with nine persons on board emerged from a bush path to join the road to Gubio town. It exploded killing all the persons on board,” the report said.
