This is one of those things you wish you could un-see.
In a YouTube video reportedly recorded in November 2013 at Cele-Okota in Lagos the bodies of what appears to be new born twin babies are seen floating in a canal. It is unclear what happened to the babies or how they met their sad demise.
Just sad, this is. Really really sad.
