A former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Obadiah Mailafia, is dead.
Mailafia passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021, after a protracted illness.
Mailafiya, who later became a frontline government critic, lately had running battles with state security agents following his claims of plot by the Muhammadu Buhari administration to Islamise Nigeria.
