A personal trainer has smashed body image misconceptions by showing how different lighting and poses can dramatically change your appearance.

Sophie Kay, 27, revealed how just with a bit of know-how you can transform your body in just a few minutes.

The London based fitness blogger has set out to tackle the misconceptions around her industry with her blog.

She says the pics were taken only minutes apart and all she did was turn off the overhead light, put on underwear that fit better, ‘twist my body slightly to the side to show off my best angle’ flex and use an Instagram filter. Noted.
