Davido has won the award for Best International Act: African category at the 2014 BET Awards.
He was nominated alongside Sarkodie, Tiwa Savage, and Mafikizolo.
The Skelewu singer was handed the award at a pre-event taping before the ceremony which holds on Sunday night, June 29, 2014.
Davido posted a picture with his statuette on instagram with the caption: “Thanks to all my fans!! WE WON @BETAwards BEST AFRICAN ACT 2014!! so happy!! Time to party!”
