A popular Lagos activist, Mr. Richard Akinnola lampooned Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State, describing him as a loud mouthed Governor and a bloody dictator who takes delight at accusing everyone of one wrongdoing or the other.
Akinnola, a lawyer, fired shots at Oshiomohle, saying Oshiomhole lives extravagant life beginning from when he was National President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) through to when he rode to power following his popularity.
Writing on his Facebook page, Mr. Akinnola, who said he is skeptical about the Comradeship of the Edo State Governor, he said Oshiomohle could best be described as a Governor who has come to raid.

He expressed surprise at the multitude of magnificent structures Oshiomhole has prior to ascending the Governorship of Edo State, saying his lifestyle then as labour leader was at variance his predecessors in the NLC.
According to him, Oshiomhole has magnificent edifices in Maitama, Benin, Kaduna and his country home, Ize-Iyamhu in Etsako council area of Edo State. Hence, he said Oshiomohle is a fake comrade.
He said the Governor who takes pleasure in criticizing everyone, especially Okonjo Iweala, would not want to be criticized for any wrong action, which was evidence in his docking his Senior Special Assistant on media, Curtis Ugbo, for criticizing him on facebook.
He expressed bitterness at the action of the Governor, noting that the same Governor who took Okonjo Iweala to the cleaners could fire his aide to the extent of arresting him and accusing him of being in possession of double barreled gun without license.
Hence, he said Oshiomohle is a bloody dictator, calling on Nigerians to forget his banal platitude of democracy.
He said “It would be interesting to know the contents of the assets declaration form of Adams after he leaves office. There have been series of earth-shaking corruption allegations against him, including his new Edo State University in his home town, gulping billions of naira when he has not been able to fund the state’s university in Ekpoma.
“I think l read somewhere where he said the new varsity is a public-private partnership. Let him avail the public the people behind the private investment.
“I would also want our Comrade Governor to allow independent media access into the extension of his mega-palace in his hometown. This palace, on a large expanse of land, is reputed to have an artificial lake and beach. It is well fortified against prying eyes.
“Let him open up the place and l can assure you, some people would have heart attack. Let our Comrade Governor come out clean. There are too many allegations that cannot just be swept under the carpet.”
