According to PMNEWS reports on Friday, October 24, 2014, it was learnt that Torlowei, had some fracas with Adelakun’s elder brother after which he was pressed and decided to relieve himself in the toilet. During the process however, Adelakun flung the toilet door open and started hitting Torlowei  and forced him to put his excreta into his mouth.

According to Torlowei, when he attempted to resist eating the excreta, Adelakun used a broken bottle to stab him on some parts of the body which led him to sustaining serious injuries. It took the intervention of neighbours who rushed to the toilet to rescue him.

The accused refuted claims that he forced the victim to eat his feaces and said if he actually ate it, it could have been when the duo were struggling in the toilet.

The Ejigbo Magistrates court has charged Adelakun with conduct likely to cause breach of public peace and assault under the Criminal code which he pleaded not guilty to.

Although the presiding Magistrate, Mr. P.E. Nwaka granted him bail in the sum of N20,000 with one surety in like sum, he was taken to the Kirikiri prison until his bail conditions are completely met.

Meanwhile, the case was adjusted for further hearing on Monday, November 3, 2014.
