A man in Kenya allegedly did the unthinkable when he killed his wife, son and then proceeded to take his own life after his girlfriend’s parents stopped them from formalizing their marriage because they were related.
The man, Abraham Moseti, highly infuriated by the decision of his parent-in-law, reportedly set their apartment ablaze in the middle of the night while they were asleep.
It was gathered that the family of the deceased 24-year-old woman identified as Alice Okemwa, with whom Moseti had a 1-year-old son refused to allow him perform the marriage rites despite having lived together with the woman for about a year.
Moseti from the Kiisi tribe, was said to have doused the house with petrol and subsequently set it ablaze on the fateful day, leading to the death of Okemwa and son.
According to reports, he also caught fire and died on his way to hospital, while three other people were left nursing injuries.
