A 35-year-old man has been arrested after he rubbed his private parts on a woman in a crowded train.
In reaction, his mother said that her son, identified as, Bassam Syed was only looking for a good wife since it is not easy to find one.
She said, “There’s nothing wrong with him.”
The New York Police Department said that they have arrested Tuesday, May 26, 2015 following the unruly display in the number 4 train.
If convicted, Syed who was charged with persistent sexual abuse risks a four year prison time.
Last year, Syed was found guilty of rubbing his private parts on a 32-year-old woman who was riding the number 6 train.
Syed was seen on video fleeing from police by jumping onto the tracks at 68th Street station in Manhattan.
He was also arrested for forcibly kissing a 4-year-old girl.
