A Twitter user with handle “@chimaokoro63” has come under fire following his prediction of the multiple bomb blasts that rocked the Federal Capital Territory Friday, October 2, 2015.

Scores of persons were reported dead following the attacks that occurred in the late hours of aforementioned date.

He wrote on Thursday, October 1, 2015: “I pray for Nigeria: There will be a bomb blast n Abuja&Lagos, Boko Haram is going to attack and kill police_army_Navy their evils:”

Barely 24 hours after his supposed prediction, the Kuje and Nyanya areas of Abuja were attacked by insurgents loyal to Boko Haram.

At first, the young man changed his handle from @chimaokoro63, to @chimaokori633.

However, the account was subsequently deleted on Saturday, October 3, 2015 possibly because the backlash became unbearable.

Some screenshots were taken of the Tweet long before the account was deleted and several users had been circulating the shot calling on the security offices to trail and arrest the young man who even predicted also that the insurgents would attack Lagos State.
