The world’s leading animal rights organisation, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is known for its aggressive communication tactics which include using celebrities to tell its message to the public.
The US based advocacy organisation which is reported to have $18 million in assets has run series of adverts portraying celebrities in the nude. Famous celebrities like Oscar nominated actress Taraji P. Henson, TV talkshow host Wendy Williams, Nia Long, Alicia Applegate, Alicia Silverstone, Pamela Andersen, and many more have done nude adverts for (PETA). All the for the shock value and the love of animals.
